Welcome to Event Concierge Platform. The following terms and conditions of use (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Event Concierge Platform at chivasregalmonza.com, which shall include, without limitation, the home page, event microsites, registration pages, mobile applications, and all other pages under the same top level domain name, and all content thereon (the "Platform") as provided by Chivas Brothers International Limited, a corporation duly organized under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered address at Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, United Kingdom, W4 5YG ("the Operator", "Company" or "we").

We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Platform.

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or otherwise use the Platform. By using the Platform following any modification to the Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by any such modification to the Terms and Conditions.

Event Registration and Platform Use

(1) This Platform is intended for the use of persons who are authorized attendees, registered participants, or invited guests of events managed through our Platform. Access to event content and services is restricted to registered users with valid event credentials.

(2) To access or use the Platform, you must either: (i) have received a valid invitation or registration link from an authorized event organizer; (ii) be an authorized administrator or event organizer; or (iii) be accessing publicly available information about events. Unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Platform is prohibited.

Links and Third-Party Services

(3) The Platform may include links to third-party services including without limitation instant messaging services, email services, mapping services, and event partner websites ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of Third-Party Services.

(4) You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility for the accuracy or availability of information provided by sites to which you may link from the Platform ("Linked Sites"). Links to Linked Sites do not constitute an endorsement by or association with the Operator. You acknowledge and agree that the Operator is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such Linked Sites.

Services Available on the Platform

(5) We make certain services available to users of the Platform. Through the Platform, you may: register for events, access personalized itineraries, view activity details, receive event communications, update your profile information, specify dietary/medical/ accessibility requirements, access venue information, receive group assignments, and utilize other event-related features ("Services" and the Services form part of the definition of "Platform").

(6) We do not solicit nor do we wish to receive any confidential or proprietary business information from you through the Platform, except for personal information necessary for event participation. Any unsolicited business information or material submitted by you will be deemed not to be confidential or secret.

(7) Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information submitted through the Platform, including personal information, dietary requirements, medical conditions, accessibility needs, emergency contacts, and any other content you provide ("User Information").

(8) By submitting User Information to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • The information is accurate, current, and complete
  • You have the right to provide such information
  • Where you provide information about third parties (such as emergency contacts), you have obtained their consent
  • The information does not violate any third party's rights
  • You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate

(9) We reserve the right to verify User Information and to refuse or revoke access to events or services if information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. We further reserve the right to remove any User Information or content from the Platform at any time for any reason.

(10) By submitting User Information to the Platform, you grant the Operator and the relevant event organizer the right to use such information solely for the purposes of:

  • Providing event services and managing your participation
  • Ensuring your safety and accommodating special requirements
  • Communicating important event information
  • Complying with legal obligations
  • Emergency situations

(11) Users should be aware that certain information you provide (such as your name and organization) may be visible to other event participants through attendee lists or networking features, subject to event-specific privacy settings.

(12) If you receive login credentials, magic links, or access codes for the Platform:

  • You must keep such information confidential
  • You must not share access with unauthorized persons
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion

(13) To the extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of the unauthorized use or disclosure of your account credentials, except where such loss results from our negligence.

Proprietary Rights

(14) As between you and the Operator, we are the owner and/or authorized user of any trade mark, and/or service mark appearing on the Platform, and are the copyright owner or licensee of the Platform's content, features, and functionality, unless otherwise indicated. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any license to our intellectual property except for the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

(15) You may view and print content from the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the events you are registered for. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the Platform's content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Internet Access and Technical Requirements

(16) You acknowledge and agree that in connection with your use of the Platform you must: (a) provide for your own internet access and pay any service fees associated with such access (b) provide all equipment necessary for you to access the Platform, including compatible devices and software (c) ensure your devices meet minimum technical requirements for Platform features The Operator shall not be responsible for any technical issues arising from inadequate internet connectivity or incompatible devices.

User Information and Privacy Policy

(17) Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your User Information.

User Conduct

(18) You warrant and agree that while using the Platform, you shall not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Access or attempt to access accounts or areas you are not authorized for
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

(20) You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, agents, event partners and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Event-Specific Terms

(21) Your participation in specific events may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by event organizers. These may include:

  • Codes of conduct
  • Photography and recording policies
  • Confidentiality requirements
  • Health and safety protocols
  • Venue-specific rules

(22) By registering for an event, you agree to comply with all applicable event- specific terms in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Communication and Notifications

(23) By using the Platform and providing your contact information, you agree to receive:

  • Essential service communications (registration confirmations, itinerary updates, emergency notifications)
  • Event-related updates according to your communication preferences
  • Technical notices about the Platform

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

(25) THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, FUNCTIONS AND SERVICES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, DATA, DATA PROCESSING SERVICES, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, AND ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM OR ITS FUNCTIONS WILL BE TIMELY, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE OPERATOR OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(26) TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform
  • Any errors or omissions in event information
  • Loss of data or corruption of User Information
  • Failure of communications or notifications
  • Actions of other users or event participants
  • Event cancellations or changes beyond our control

EVEN IF THE OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR £100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Applicable Laws

(27) These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the Platform shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. All viewers and users of the Platform agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

(28) We do not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Persons who access the Platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Modifications to the Platform

(29) We reserve the right, for any reason, in our sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including content, features or availability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Platform without notice or liability.

General Provisions

(30) Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

(31) Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any event-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the use of the Platform.

(32) No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

(33) Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.
